Application Engineer Job in Pune at Inphase Power Technologies

Major Responsibilities:

Installation & Testing

• Conduct Power Quality Studies to assess and improve the quality of power.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of IGBT-based Power converters.
• Perform system studies and single-line diagram analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive study reports for documentation.

Servicing

• Address customer issues through periodic visits, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
• Carry out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain product performance.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of service quality.

Skills & Experiences:

• Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics.
• Freshers
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Technical expertise in power electronics and power quality solutions.
• Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate study reports.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
