Regal Rexnord Corporation is hiring for the role of Application Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review and analysis of customer’s technical specifications and applications to provide product selection with necessary options and accessories.
• Estimate Pricing, coordinate with manufacturing Engineering to get product pricing for ETO orders, maintain Pricing database, etc.
• Develop technical specifications and Provide quotations for selected coupling or Coupling Spares.
• Provide technical support to sales, marketing, customer service, account executives, and customers.
• Provide solutions to technical questions and advice with regard to the products.
• Provide techno-commercial product presentations to customers.
• Determine the feasibility of design modifications for non-standard Configurations.
• Analyze and modify existing Coupling designs.
• Coordinate large project inquiries and quotations, which may include a multitude of RegalRexnord products.
• Interact with global cross-functional teams in the company to obtain information for quotations.
• Assist in training field representatives and new employees.
• Maintain performance metrics and take corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• Experience in application engineering, product engineering, or technical sales for 1 to 3 years
• Good to have knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP & Salesforce
• Good in English communication
• Good analytical and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office package and familiarity with CAD
