Flex is hiring for the role of Application Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• 360-degree business analytical capabilities to understand technical as well as business functions.
• Working in the Data & Analytics area, especially in Business Intelligence tools, Data Warehousing technologies, with hands-on experience on multiple BI Tools (mentioned below)
• Designing solutions and developing Reports, Dashboards to address functional as well as logical requirements in Supply chain, Finance, etc.
• Working with SDLC projects in collaboration with different teams.

Requirements:

• 1- 3 years of experience in the following technologies.
• Ability to work in different types of BI requirements, from simple to complex reports and dashboards.
• Must have work experience in more than one BI tool like MicroStrategy, Denodo & Power BI
• Build, enhance, and optimise reports, dashboards, semantic layers, and data visualisations to meet business needs.
• Working experience in different security options in BI tools like row-level and column-level, Query Banding, etc.
• Working experience from migrating from one BI tool to another BI tool will be added advantage for this role.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise BI reports, ETL processes, and database objects to maintain and improve system performance.
• Experience or knowledge in the latest data management platform, like Snowflake, etc.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate well with other members of the team and with non-technical end users.
• Self-directed, organised, and motivated.
• Exhibit Enthusiasm in learning new technologies.
