Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to internal and external users for hardware, software, and application-related support.
• Provide technical product Support to Clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware data
• Monitor and respond to support tickets and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update user accounts, passwords, and other IT-related administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Information Technology, or a related field (BCA, BSc, MCA, or equivalent).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of hardware
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows
• Good problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
