Khatabook is hiring for the role of Android SDE - II!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Take ownership of all stages of development, from design and planning to implementation and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and actively participate in architectural planning and refactoring to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Work on bug fixes and improving application performance.
- Coordinate with all lines of business to ensure the successful delivery of the application
Requirements:
- 2-6 years experience
- Strong Kotlin/Java skills with deep Android SDK knowledge, including experience with frameworks such as Dagger 2, Retrofit, WorkManager, and Room.
- Experience working with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
- Solid understanding of app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with shared libraries, modularisation, and build optimisations
- Product mindset — focused on user experience and business outcomes
- Bonus: Led small team and scaled apps.
