Eka Care is hiring for the role of Android Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You’ll build new product features for our Android app.
• You’ll improve the performance, reliability, and polish our Android app.
• You’ll help build and improve internal tools with simplicity and productivity in mind. For example, you might write a script that makes it easier to deploy new versions of our apps.
• You'll Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of Android architecture and ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience on building android app from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes, OS restrictions
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Experience in use of core hardware functionality such as Camera
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Good Understanding on unit tests.
• Experience: 1-3 years.
• Technologies Used: JAVA / Kotlin.
• Brownie Points: Kotlin Multi-Platform / IOS dev knowledge / Flutter.
