Anchor - Event Supervisor Intern Internship in Mumbai at Evine Global

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in event conceptualization and theme development.
• Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and task lists.
• Assist in managing event logistics and coordinating event setup.
• Supervise event activities, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Address any issues or emergencies that arise during events.
• Assist in managing relationships with vendors, ensuring their services align with event goals.
• Assist in creating event reports summarizing key event details and performance metrics.
• Maintain event documentation, including event plans, contact lists, and vendor information.
• Provide support to team members as needed during events.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of event planning principles and best practices is a plus.
