Titan is hiring for the role of Analytics Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide actionable insights
• Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify trends and patterns in data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and incorporate them into the company's processes and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the marketing field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
