Blis is hiring for the role of Analytics Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and develop the Insight Analysts, and liaise regularly with regional Insight reps.
• Work closely with regional Insight reps to understand the brief and spec of the project, and - with the Insight Analysts - manage each project to completion.
• Work includes a mix of scheduled updates/repeat reports and campaign effectiveness measurement, while bespoke market, category, or client-specific projects will require collaboration on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Understanding media objectives, and appropriate measurement methodologies (which to apply, and when) is fundamental. Working with data in Excel/Google Sheets is a prerequisite.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are necessary to interpret any nuance in the brief, relay our methodological recommendations (and respond to external queries regarding our approach when required), and deliver reporting (including clarity of data representation).
