Deloitte is hiring for the role of Analytics Analyst – APAC CoE!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Download and cleanse large & complex datasets to prepare them for business intelligence (BI) consumption.
• Apply analytical techniques to identify abnormalities and trends in data.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (pipeline, sales, Net Service Revenue, funding) for priority accounts and sectors using robust data analysis.
• Develop, conceptualize, and track new KPIs based on client requirements.
• Analyze current and past trends related to various KPIs, communicating insights to leadership.
• Proactively investigate business performance drivers and suggest efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize account performance, track pipeline, sales, and showcase KPIs.
• Manage and implement change requests for operational and analytical enhancements.
• Use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Access to create, store, and organize analytic databases.
• Present data-driven narratives and actionable recommendations by create Reports, Dashboards, Presentations and Insights in Excel, PPT, Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or HR
• 1-3 years in business operations and data analysis
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
