About this Job
PhonePe is hiring for the role of Analyst - WFM!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor KPIs (SL, call volume, AHT, etc.) and proactively identify/report productivity issues.
- Adjust agent schedules (PTO, offline tasks, training) and optimize vendor line adherence.
- Analyze trends in productivity, shrinkage, occupancy, attrition, and staffing.
- Prepare data-driven insights to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the WFM team on forecasting, scheduling, and headcount planning.
- Attend meetings and contribute to discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- A minimum 1 year of WFM experience is required.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Avaya or ACD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
