Unimrkt Research is hiring for the role of Analyst- Voice Quality!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Call Evaluations/One to One Feedback sessions
• Quality of Feedback/Quality of Evaluations Effectiveness
• Analytical Ability-Effectiveness in analyzing parameter-wise scores and feedback
• Attendance/Punctuality/Floor Etiquette/Teamwork

Requirements:

• Should have a good command of spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Should be able to connect well within and outside the team
• Should be able to cope with problems and unexpected issues and should have the ability to control and deal with them quickly and efficiently
• Should be able to work in a group professionally to make sure that the tasks can be completed timely besides working individually
• Should be responsible enough to report to the office on time
• 1-2 years of experience in Voice Quality
