Analyst-Training Job in Mumbai at Tres vistas

TresVista is hiring for the job role of Analyst-Training!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Check the training needs and prepare the training schedules for various departments and programs
• Build training schedules, trainer, and training assistants’ mapping, and sending trainer materials to trainer and training assistants
• Feedback management including deploying feedback forms, preparing feedback analysis excel, and documentation of program wise feedback
• Analyze the effectiveness of training and assessments conducted at all levels
• Coordinate with external vendors and other internal departments such as HR, Compliance, Admin, IT, and Operations
• Prepare presentations to update the activities and initiatives of the training team
  

Requirements:

• Strong analytical ability
• Basic knowledge of Financial Services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience:0-1 year
• Education:Any Graduate
