DHL is hiring for the role of Analyst- Supply Chain Solutions!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing right fit supply chain solutions for existing and new Business requirements.
• Responsible for mapping the business requirements (functional) to Supply Chain solutions.
• Gaining a detailed understanding of the DHL strategic products (WMS/TMS and others). Map the requirements to the right fit solutions.
• Comprehend self with sector-wise business templates and use them during customer.
• Identifying the right fit of SCM solutions and deliverables from the RFQ.
• Responsible for delivering all SCM solutions within budget and timelines, for a specific region (North or EAST/WEST).
• Responsible for all the RFQ’s responses with IT solutions, for a specific region.
• Support the standardization process across the organization.
• Align, all customer solutions and submissions to internal and external customers, with regional and global IT strategies.
• Documenting the customer solutions into Concept of Solutions.
• Responsible for defining the in-scope and out-scope for IT deliverables.
• Documenting all communications with customers and various stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Build strong working relationships within the organization and with regional stakeholders.
• Align with the Customer Solutions department to deliver the business priorities.
• Analyze the data which is maintained from time to time.
• Work in tandem with all stakeholders in a region to ensure that coordinated and collective efforts are driven.
• Build strong working relationships with the business solution teams.
• Completion of RFQ requests.
• Development of effective customer solutions in accordance with the supply chain Strategy.

Requirements:

• University bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in presales and Business analysis
• Excellent Technical Analytical Skills
• Ability to design purpose-fit supply chain solutions, which is scalable
• High level of business and commercial acumen
• Budgeting and cost-controlling skills
• Should understand Warehousing and Transportation Business
• Project Management Skills
• Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Customer orientated
