Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly incentive calculation for sales and account development employees.
• Run/Design incentive calculation model and perform due diligence on the payments for the given portfolio.
• Ensure strict adherence to control, compliance, and related policies.
• Quickly understand stakeholder and leadership expectations for seamless and high-quality delivery.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process efficiency through automation.
• Collaborate with technology partners to coordinate incentive systems and user acceptance testing.
• Possess strong communication skills to work with stakeholders across different geographical locations.
• Understand complex operational systems, business intelligence tools, and sales platforms for developing efficient products, dashboards, and offerings.
• Leverage best practices and incorporate an outside-in perspective for delivering top-notch incentive reporting and insights.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in Sales Incentive Operations, with a focus on incentive calculations/tools.
• Strong business knowledge of the compensation process and business rules, including understanding the ramifications of exceptions.
• Experience in Commercial/B2B environments with the ability to align data needs to business strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant or quantitative field or a postgraduate degree in management (MBA).
• Proficient in utilizing reporting tools to create, generate, and maintain both simple and complex reports.
• Skilled in data modeling, with a strong understanding of application data design and its relations to support reporting and compensation plans.
• Expertise in working with Advanced Excel, VBA, and Tableau to create business calculation models, dashboards, and insights.
• Familiarity with platforms such as SFDC, iPlus, and Business Intelligence tools.
