IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the role of Analyst - RCU!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Vendor billing/payout calculation
• Raise PR/PO/Invoices
• Track invoices and payouts
• End-to-end tracking of the billing process
• Work closely with the Project and IT team on automation.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis from time to time to understand new trends in risk modeling and fraud patterns and publish summarized reports.
• Work closely with the field risk team to provide inputs related to sampling & various other activities carried out by the team.
• Proactive in identifying the issues and concerns and innovative to design solutions around the same.

Requirements:

• Education Qualification: 
• Graduation: Any Graduate
• Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Should be able to manage large amounts of data from multiple data sources. Good analytical and logical skills.
• Should be able to prepare BRD and do the UAT testing for the unit.
• Understands and extracts meaning from complex data relationships and develops reports to enable effective use of the resulting knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAS and analysis of large data will be an added advantage.  
• Good Vendor management & interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of any analytical tool would be an added advantage
