Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring for the role of Analyst - Qual+Quant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support our clients in preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, valuation models, industry studies, company-focused discussion documents, and studying & analyzing different business & financial models in particular/various industries.
• Manage delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder/ownership analysis, etc.
• Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.
• Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.
• Conduct analysis & perform quality control checks of the outgoing reports/packs.
• Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Requirements:

• MBA/CFA/CA
• Relevant experience of 1-2 years in the Investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
• Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients
• The candidate should have the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson Research, Factset, Factiva, etc.
• MS Office skills – should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
