TIAA Is hiring for the role of Analyst - QA!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintains test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.
- Schedules, organizes and participates in internal and external audits, and follows up with a timely response on corrective action.
- Analyzes and presents the results of testing sessions, and troubleshoots technical problems and issues.
- Compiles testing tools and processes for use in projects, and participates in the selection of testing approaches.
- Reviews the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
- Communicates information on standards, procedures, requirements and quality initiatives.
