Analyst - Q&R (Personal Testing) - USI Job in Hyderabad at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Analyst - Q&R (Personal Testing) - USI!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding and implementing Deloitte global policies and rules relating to Personal Independence
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the firm’s Service Lines Risk Leads, and coordinating with independence team members located in Australia and EDC
• Performing Personal Independence audits/reviews as per timelines and Audit guidelines
• Selecting samples from each service line or division for Personal Independence audits/reviews
• Sending out emails to auditees for submission of duly filled testing checklists and required documents/approvals
• Searching internal and external databases and financial tools to understand financial holdings (secondary market research skills required)
• Interacting confidently with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, and Australian counterparts to discuss and conclude results
• Maintaining up-to-date trackers and spreadsheets, filing work documents, creating and sending reports
• Advising participants on corrective actions to highlight the purpose and importance of the reviews
• Creating analysis reports and presenting them to managers and directors in the review team
• Seeking guidance from senior staff for ongoing feedback and improvement of work quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in audit/audit internship/ financial research/market research, experience with online business information research tools
• Strong attention to details in researching online company research data bases such as OneSource, Factiva, Hoovers, SAI Global and ASIC + other financial websites
• Strong excel (knowledge of creating Macros)/VBA skills highly desired
