Forcia Faurecia is hiring for the role of  Analyst - PSP!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding of CBD (Cost breakdown) of a Part and adding the cost details in the Master price list.
• Extracting alloy values from steel suppliers and updating to respective vendors in the Master price list.
• Calculation of extra alloy cost and send to Commodity and vendor for confirmation/approval.
• Requesting vendor to share the alloy values for the supplier to which Faurecia has no access.
• Management of Master price list according to SOP.
• Preparing of RPA file according to SOP and sending to Robot for updating prices in FCS
• Send price updated details to the vendor.
• Request to update in their system and acknowledge.
• Develop a Commodity Monitor tracker and review the price updates done for that particular month and take action accordingly in case of mismatch/incorrect.
• Support on any advice request received from Commodity leaders/buyers and excellence team
• Manage and schedule meetings with Community Leaders/Buyers to share workflow details and inform escalation and challenges received from vendors and internal departments.
• Reports and trackers must be generated and maintained accurately.
• Improving efficiency by creativity and automatization in the tasks.
• Piece Price Amortization (PPA).
• Receive/collect PPA details from the respective BG regions or dedicated share-point.
• Cross-check the details and upload them in FCS. In case of missing details align with the requestors.
• Extract the PPA report from the BI tool and compute slow, time, and over-amortization parts to purchasing stakeholders for further input.
• Generate PO for over-amortized parts and send them to the vendor to recover the cash.
• Prepare weekly dashboard. Share actions and challenges with the Team leader and Excellence team.
• Purchase Action Plan (PAP).
• Receive/collect PAP files from the respective purchasing stakeholders.
• Cross-check the details and upload in GPS toot. In case of missing details align with requestors.
• Extract the report from the GPS tool and cross the content with the original file.
• Mismatch to be corrected immediately before communicating.
• Update the SAV codes to new lines and share them with requestors.
• Maintain the accuracy of SAV codes with previous contents before and after upload. In case of duplicate SAV codes. communicate to purchasing stakeholders and delete upon their feedback.
