SitusAMC is hiring for the role of Analyst, Prompt Design!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts, ensuring seamless integration with existing residential real estate systems and operational processes.
• Ensure AI models and solutions are built with scalability, reliability, and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulations.
• Ensure AI development follows SitusAMC standard processes and procedures
• Participate in Quality Assurance testing, Volume testing and Bias testing of agents including creating test plans
• Assist with the development of repeatable models that can be replicated across all RRE and gain efficiencies with each implementation
• Work alongside existing delivery teams to enhance product offerings, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through AI-powered insights.
• Execute the AI innovation roadmap for the residential real estate division, aligning with the company’s broader digital transformation strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development 
• Prior experience of U.S. Residential Mortgage or comparable sectors will be considered a key asset for this role
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the strategic vision and outcomes to various teams 
• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
