• Conceptualize and develop new products, integrating user and manufacturing needs into compelling designs.
• Create physical and psychological interfaces between users and products, ensuring system compatibility.
• Lead and influence others toward alignment on final design approaches.
• Develop clear, convincing presentations (verbal and written).
• Collaborate effectively with the design team and follow senior designer's plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design.
• 2+ years of design experience (corporate or consultant).
• 3D modeling skills (Solid Works, Rhino, Creo).
• Project management and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills across disciplines and regions.
• Excellent decision-making and self-motivation.
• Adaptable to change and creating meaningful design.
• Strong sketching, idealization, and conceptualization skills.
• Technical skills in crafting mockups, videos, and presentations (Photoshop, Illustrator, Keyshot).
