American Express is hiring for the role of Analyst-Privacy Program!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the execution of the strategy and priorities for the Privacy Risk Oversight a focus on regulatory requirements within International Markets (e.g., GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Record of Processing, International Data Transfer, Data Subject Access Rights, and Cookie regulations.).Privacy Risk Assessment is conducted for processes, products, programs, technologies, projects, and third parties that involve the processing of Personal Data.
• Collaborate globally as the first point of contact for the Privacy Risk Assessment Capability (Archer tool) driving user engagement and satisfaction.
• Influence privacy risk assessment strategy through structured and risk-based technical development input and user testing
• Lead with a global perspective ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through refinement of privacy risk assessment strategy for an evolving international privacy landscape.

Requirements:

• Experience with Risk Assessment tools in Archer (or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with Agile technical development lifecycle and system testing
• Proficiency in creating business communications including training, guidance, and related program documents
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, support clear and frequent communication through the development of user communications
• Proven track record of utilizing critical and analytical thinking skills when managing projects/tasks.Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders
