Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Proactively seek and identify ways to assist with the growth of the Private Bank business by unlocking innovative opportunities through customized Investment portfolio reporting.
• Responsible for understanding all the investment products available in the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being a point of contact for reporting related discussions and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure that all reports adhere to the regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in the investment industry.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, address inquiries, and provide clarifications on investment-related matters.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Professional certification such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance.
• Proficiency in investment accounting, financial assets reporting, and a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze financial data to prepare various customized reports as per client requirements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring precise and error-free reporting.
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems related to investment accounting and reporting
• Knowledge and experience in accounting and reporting of various investment products available in the financial services industry like Equity, Debt, Manage Accounts, AIF, Mutual funds, Held away assets reporting, etc.
• Experience working in Fund accounting and Bespoke reporting.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The right candidate will have an excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well understanding of fund accounting of investment products available in the market.
• Well-capable in identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, implementing efficiency measures, and contributing to the development of better tools or systems.
• Well-equipped to analyze financial data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information presented in reports presenting the trends, and offering meaningful insights to clients.
