Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Social Media:Support the team in planning content.
  Write captions and copy for social media creatives.
  Write content for newsletters and other ad campaigns.
  Track marketing performance across all social media platforms.
  
• Email Marketing:Assist in creating engaging email campaigns.
  Write compelling copy for email newsletters and promotional emails.
  Segment and manage email lists for targeted outreach.
  Analyse email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  
• Content Ideation and Creation:Brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  Research and identify trending topics and themes for content creation.
  Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets to complement written content.
  Contribute to the development of marketing strategies based on audience insights and industry trends.
  
• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development.
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging.
  Provide regular updates on project progress and contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  
• Landscape Analysis & Market Research:Monitor the performance of the channels you work on.
  Track trending topics in the impact ecosystem.
  Stay up to date with content trends to improve our communication + campaigns.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling and engaging copy
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
