Deloitte is hiring for the role of Analyst- Knowledge Management-Reporting Hub!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the team, closely working with team members and UK team
- Assist team members with their tasks, providing answers to questions, and offering guidance for their success
- Act as a mediator between the UK and USI teams
- Seek and share clarity on tasks
- Monitor and ensure task quality
Requirements:
- Ability to use initiative and to work effectively under pressure, in the face of conflicting and/or short deadlines
- Ability to focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities
- Attention to detail with an ability to take ownership, make decisions, and execute them
- Excellent team player with experience working in virtual teams
- Minimum 2 years experience of working in a professional service environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'can do, will do' attitude
- MS Word - Advanced
- Excel - Intermediate
- PowerPoint – Intermediate
- Outlook – Advanced
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Exposure to Service Now or any CRM tool
