Coforge is hiring for the role of Analyst: IT Ops Services!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support for IT operations services, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of IT problems and implement corrective actions
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to provide technical expertise and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance IT operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant industry certifications are preferred
