Analyst - Investment Banking Job in Mumbai at Felix advisory Private ltd

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Quickly developing an understanding of the industry, the business operations, and its key drivers.
• Interpreting and analyzing of financial statements, annual reports, management presentations, and business plans.
• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions.
• Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
• Conduct, prepare, and review of materials including investment memorandum, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Create presentations for client portfolios.
• Preparing quality deliverables within the agreed timelines.
• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

Requirements:

• Prior Experience of 1-2 years in investment banking/venture capital/transaction advisory is a must
• Ability to quickly interpret and review financial models and apply advanced financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent academic track record and credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
