Kroll is hiring for the role of Analyst I - Global Financial Data Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Acting as an internal service representative for our research team and a centralized resource for the management of our source library.
• Managing the updates of data sources upon request, managing password resets, and handling other issues with data sources as they arise.
• Tracking and submitting database invoices to ensure on-time payment as well as overall spending per data source.
• Handling access requests to new sources as required by the research team, including cross-jurisdictional requests as they arise.
• Tracking data source costs for trend analysis and opportunities to reduce or consolidate spend.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders regarding database and data source needs.
• Acting as the point of contact for multi-factor authentication access.
• Escalating key issues to senior research managers to ensure no disruption in client deliverables.

Requirements: 

• 1+ year experience in supporting a global team on project deliverables
• Ability to prioritize among many competing initiatives
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Self-learner, hands-on attitude in a dynamic environment and ability to pick up tasks quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
