Société Générale is hiring for the role of Analyst: H/F/X!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze and execute contracts and endorsements for national and international cash management products for corporate and bank customers using dedicated IT tools.
• Document all steps of the process in the dedicated tool until complete validation for each contract or amendment.
• Monitor and follow up on contracts and amendments, coordinating with SG, Implementation, and Commercial agencies.
• Contribute to the drafting and updating of operating procedures, knowledge base, and FAQs.
• Monitor and support shared messaging and the team's phone line.
• Keep knowledge up to date regarding cash management products and related processes.
• Provide high-quality service within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) to prevent customer complaints and operational risks.
• In case of any issues, promptly notify the French teams to uphold commitments and address problems effectively.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless implementation of contracts and amendments.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in contract management.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the contract implementation process.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
