Deloitte is hiring for the role of Analyst - GPS Contracts!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for the interpretation and entry of key data regarding Contract awards and modifications into the financial systems
• Accountable for ensuring data entered is accurate and in accordance with policy & identification of key compliance and items in contract documentation
• Responsible for creation of WBS codes in the firm systems like SWIFT and Costpoint with necessary contract requirements.
• Reviewing deliverables from process Enabling Area stakeholders for accuracy
• Effectively manage workload and coordinate workflows to ensure deliverables are in accordance with defined SLAs
• Work closely with client serving teams, supporting project engagements, and analyzing financial statuses applicable to the various levels within the codes
• Researching, understanding, and applying contractual requirements to modifications and role assignments
• With minimal assistance identify and coordinate key compliance, contractual, and execution risk items with delivery teams and other Enabling Areas personnel
• Independently review accuracy of data provided by Enabling Areas
• Communicate with PPDs, project managers and other executives to clarify questions and resolve potential issues
• In coordination with Sector managers, discern risks and make necessary communications to facilitate compliant and timely process execution

Requirements:

• Any graduate with sound technical and analytical skills
• 1-3 years of reporting & cross functional experience
• Ability to learn key aspects of the U.S. Federal, State, Local, and Higher Education Contracting regulations
• Ability to review large, complex contractual documents and summarize key compliance requirements
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work collaboratively with teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
