Analyst – Global Payroll Payments Internship in Gurgaon at BlackRock

Blackrock is hiring for the role of Analyst-Global Payroll Payments!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Creating of manual payments on banking portals as per request from various HR functions.
• Monitoring the bank debits/payments and informing the requesting team upon successful payment.
• Maintaining monthly payment logs.
• Analyzing the bank acknowledgment files to identify potential salary rejections before the pay day and proactive communication with Payroll to pay employees in time.
• Maintaining the list of corporate bank relationship managers across the globe.
• Coordinating with bank relationship managers to trace payments, if required.
• Maintaining the payment SLAs upstream and downstream.
• Participating in various projects as required

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Payments/Payroll Process
• Bachelors/ Masters’ degree, preferably in Finance
• Must be open to work late shifts
• Good communication skills
• Strong in Microsoft Excel (essential) and Workday (preferred)
• Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes, and their interdependencies
