Analyst - Global Analytic Job in Gurgaon at Concentrix

Concentrix is hiring for the role of Analyst, Global Analytic!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Cost Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze data related to workforce costs, including vendor POs and other process-related expenses. Ability to perform cost variance analysis to identify trends and anomalies in data.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and update dashboards using the client's internal tech stack & excel and communicate information to stakeholders within the organization. Provide cost-related data for management reporting and decision support.
• PO Closure & reconciliation: Raise & amend POs related to vendor payments and track the E2E closure with proper documentation. Highlight anomalies and issue resolution by collaborating with the vendor teams and stakeholders. Review each PO and update OPEX.
• Adhoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis as requested by management to address specific process-related questions or challenges.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets Power User
• Experience with any data-pulling tool like SQL will be an added advantage [desired not mandatory]
• You are expected to work 5 days a week from Gurgaon office. This is an onsite role from Gurgaon Location
