Analyst Financial Advisory Support Job in Gurgaon at Ameriprise Financial

Ameriprise Financial is hiring for the role of Analyst Financial Advisory Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist Ameriprise financial advisors in servicing clients including preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions (Money movement, new account opening, etc.) as described by the advisor
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, creating the agenda and summary of meetings, and providing necessary follow-up
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted which includes preparing forms, obtaining appropriate signatures, preparing documentation to send to the home office, tracking new insurance/ annuity applications, and coordinating rollovers
• Prepare for and coordinate marketing events which include creating marketing compliance documentation
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phones, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, setting up client files, copying, and new business correspondence and alerts Assist advisors in increasing their social media presence (Facebook & LinkedIn) with relevant and timely
• Help clients in enrolling/ servicing on various Ameriprise tools

Requirements:

•  Willingness to go for licensing certifications as needed (SERIES 7 and possibly also for State Securities,
  State IAR, State Insurance)
• Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30 am to 6 pm CST)
• Graduate in finance discipline (0- 1 year experience or 1 year diploma is preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
• Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. would be an added
  advantage
• Must have an eye for detail with high accuracy levels
• Ability to meet strict timelines per the agreed SLAs for advisor practices

• Experience in interacting with advisors or U.S business partners will be preferred
