Koch Global Services is hiring for the role of Analyst - Finance Data & Reporting!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the Implementation partner and KGSI Lead on reporting and analytics requirements.
• Perform tie-outs and reconciliation between One Stream/SAP/Other systems and Central Finance.
• Understand and validate calculations for Level 1 and Level 2 KPIs/measures.
• Gain knowledge of financial statements such as Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and US GAAP Reports during training.
• Monitor the Application Interface Framework for data load errors and coordinate resolution with the appropriate team.
• Conduct data tie-outs between consolidated and unconsolidated data from One Stream/SAP to Central Finance.
• Share feedback with the Lead/Supervisor on current challenges and domain best practices.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings, provide updates, and raise concerns.
• Assess and implement automation or transformation to improve recurring task efficiency.
• Execute and deliver tasks within defined milestones.

Requirements:

• CA/CS/MBA/M.Com with 1-2 years of experience in R2R, financial reporting, planning, analysis, and consolidation, or freshers with a strong understanding of company financials.
• Prior experience in financial and operational reporting (GAAP reports, tax reports, costing reports, P/L, and Balance Sheets).
• Knowledge of SAP General Ledger code structure and creating journal entries.
• Familiarity with database file definitions, support tools, and ERP backend tables.
• Ability to develop insights to address financial reporting challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working with leaders across departments is an advantage.
• Understanding of financial concepts like P&L, costing, and statutory vs. consolidated management reporting.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
