Thryve Digital is hiring for the role of Analyst - EPIC Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.
• Responding to Service Requests and developing/maintaining strong, positive working relationships with the end-user community.
• Identifying issues and developing recommendations for improved workflow and/or project design.
• Assisting in planning/scheduling meetings and completing all necessary arrangements.
• Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
• Communicating effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts and promoting a culture of performance excellence.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience as an Inpatient ClinDoc analyst
• Certified or Proficient in Epic ClinDoc modules
• Experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst with a history of solid build experience in master files like Flow sheets, Care Plans, Patient Education, MAR Configuration, Navigators, Required documentation, Rules, Work lists, Department Configurations, System lists, LDAs, Drips & Infusion groups
• Knowledge and build experience on Charge rows, cascading flowsheets, preference lists, brain activity & Nursing documentation
• Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions
• Knowledge of workflows such as BCA Configurations, and whitelist updates
• Performs system build. Assist in building master files as assigned. Monitors release notes for pertinent build and testing for the system
• Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complex assigned tasks/projects with strong communication
• Complies with established policies, procedures, and objectives of the department/organization
