Sun Life Careers is hiring for the role of Analyst Development - Data Integration!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Leverage your expertise in data mapping using EDI, XML & Flat File with respective EDI transport protocols.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, modifications, enhancements, and maintenance for existing B2Bi applications, scripts, tools, and web services.
• Gain Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
• Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Participate and share Functional/Technical knowledge with other team members.
• Be accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality technical deliverables from your own team.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Data Integration, Exchange, and Mapping using Sterling B2B & File share Gateway
• 2.5 – 5 years of experience in leading Data Exchange & Integration teams using Sterling B2B and file gateway channels
• At least 1-2 years working experience using Sterling B2B
• The fair idea in the usage of mapping EDI, XML, Flat File
• Good knowledge of EDI Transport protocols FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, Web Services
• Working knowledge using the B2Bi Business Process Modeler
• Good Debugging Skills and logging understanding
• Proficient with Unix-based operating systems
• Good Working knowledge of data integration
• Database management experience either in Oracle or SQL Server
• Good working knowledge of MQ or any other message system
• Experience installing new releases
• Create and Maintain system documentation
• Good Reasoning and analytical skills
• Good Communication skills
• Work as a team player/Strong Collaboration
• Should be flexible to support Nightly batch/On-call/Weekend Upgrades, Implementations, and rostered Night shift if required
• Good to Have: Exposure to Java technology stack: Java, SQL, XPath, XSLT, Unix Shell script
