Analyst Data Privacy Operations (DSAR) Job in Mumbai at M&G PLC

M&G PLC is hiring for the role of Analyst Data Privacy Operations (DSAR)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The role is primarily, but not solely, concerned with the compliance of information access requests made under privacy regulations.
• The role holder will process all subject access requests for M&G.
• The role holder will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses, in compliance with legislation.
• The role holder collaborates with all Business Areas to deliver data privacy processes. The role works on privacy compliance, documentation, records management, quality assurance and timely delivery of data subject access requests.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in data privacy and security, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or similar credentials.
• Familiarity with data protection technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Understanding of data encryption, anonymization, and pseudonymization techniques.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in data privacy, cybersecurity, and relevant technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
