CashKaro is hiring for the role of Analyst- Customer Relationship Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Customer Complaints: Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; and following up to ensure the resolution
- Responses: Maintaining a fast response time and great quality over all modes of customer communication (email, chat, calls, WhatsApp, YouTube & more)
- Resolving queries: Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed
- Prompt communication: Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Planning & strategizing: Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of managing a team of customer experience specialists
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
