Analyst - Contract Management Services Internship in Pune at Nexdigm

Nextdigm is hiring for the role of Analyst - Contract Management Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Draw up, vet, and negotiate low to high-complexity commercial contracts with third parties /service providers such as (including but not limited to) - Master Services Agreements, Procurement Ag
• Ensure compliance with requested services and deliverables with the ability to spot and suggest concrete contract changes based on customers’ requirements, other contracts, or general industry benchmarks.
• Exhibit marked orientation for client service.
• Meet own daily delivery commitments and take ownership of the delivery of high-quality work.
• Be open, helpful, and participative with colleagues and provide support to seniors
• Work effectively with colleagues to complete allotted tasks and achieve team goals
• Exhibit clear and concise communication and be respectful and considerate of the needs and feelings of others at all times. Possess excellent written and oral proficiency in English

Requirements:

• Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods,procedures, and contracts' law fundamentals (common law and exceptions)
• Good drafting skills (including template-baseddrafting)
• Strong analytical skills with a high level ofattention to detail
• Keen commercial acumen with respect to thecontracting lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills - Oral and written.
• Openness to new ideas and good understanding/experience of dealing across cultures shall be an added advantage
• Reasonably good MS Word and Excel skills
