CRISIL is hiring for the role of Analyst CIB Research!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reading and analyzing relevant information from the articles/reports published in the public domain and inputting the substantial data into a tool called P-DNA on a real-time basis aiming to keep the tool updated
• Identifying key trends across all regions and products, highlighting areas of out/underperformance
• Crafting effective search strategies and gathering relevant information leveraging a broad set of resources (e.g. online databases, internet, external researchers, etc.). Utilize both secondary and primary research sources and techniques
• Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and summarizing data and information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks. Conduct quantitative analysis (statistical analysis, financial data analysis, etc.) as necessary
• Working with IT teams for process automation and simplification

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified i.e. MBA, CFA, or CA
• Strong quantitative skills, an analytical mind, and an ability to work with significant amounts of data, both numerical and qualitative
• Ability to make decisions while working with unstructured and limited information
• Prior experience in business research/analytics
• A strong degree of independence and self-motivation
• Sound knowledge of global market products preferred
• Excellent working skills with MS office tools, especially good at advanced Excel and PowerPoint
