iZooto is hiring for the role of Analyst, Business Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to help track key performance indicators (KPIs), integrated across Finance, Sales, and Marketing, and Account Management, to ensure that business processes and systems are generating accurate data
• Conduct CRM data management and reporting
• Develop insightful performance dashboards and reports
• Implement and drive the adoption of CRM systems and sales automation tools, & ensure CRM compliance
• Own the CRM data and analytical domains and proactively make recommendations based on data
• Prospect/customer data acquisition, cleansing, and management
• Provide one-to-one training for new and existing CRM users
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
• Create sales process documentation and training materials
• Optimize account management processes to improve cycle time and retention rates
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new programs and initiatives
• Work with leadership to facilitate the creation of engaging Quarterly Business Reviews, yearly Sales Kick-Off Events, and Training Sessions/boot camps
• Support sales leadership with ad hoc requests and special projects

Requirements:

• 2-3  years of experience in the Business/Sales operations role
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field
• Ability to analyze the data from multiple sources and provide insights
• Preferred experience with Google Suite
• Experience as a CRM administrator, preferably with HubSpot
• Ability to manage and maintain large data sets
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter expert
