Razorpay is hiring for the role of Analyst - Banking Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with Razorpay’s partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay.
• Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities.
• Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal.
• Ensuring adherence to a well-defined operational process set up for the assigned activities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of overall experience of which experience in the payments space either with banks, payment aggregators, or fintech companies will be given high preference.
• Experience in operational roles will be given preference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High-energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative work environment.
