Analyst/Associate - Product Control (Finance) Job in Mumbai at Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley is hiring for the role of Analyst/Associate - Product Control (Finance)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform daily validation and substantiation of P&L between Risk and the reporting system.
• Prepare daily P&L reports for distribution to the business unit and finance managers for review.
• Understand the strategy, products, and inherent risks of business being supported.
• Understand the risk & reporting systems and contribute to enhancing the control environment.
• Resolve or Escalate issues in a timely manner to Manager.
• Be part of Finance related projects, process enhancements, UAT testing etc.
• Other P&L related tasks and requests as required.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background including a Graduation in Commerce, specialization in Financial Accounting
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent specialization in Finance preferred.
• Prior Business Unit/ Product control experience with knowledge of financial products, Accounting & Capital Market
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
