Locus is hiring for the role of Analyst/Associate - Chief Revenue Officer's Office!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development and refinement of strategic plans to enhance sales performance, customer retention, and partner relationships.
• Conduct detailed market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and recommend actions to the CRO.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects spanning sales, customer success, and partnerships, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Serve as a liaison between the CRO’s office and other departments, facilitating communication and aligning objectives.
• Manage schedules, prepare for meetings, and follow up on action items to support the CRO in driving departmental efficiencies.
• Support the execution of business development strategies to identify new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to coordinate campaigns and initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and report findings to the CRO.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience in SaaS, Business Analytics, or Consulting
• Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling unstructured problems using advanced research and analysis techniques
• Critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand detailed requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and questioning
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a logical and consultative approach
• Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and strong program management skills
• Strong sense of ownership, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Degree in Management
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
