Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and record findings.
- Achieve set target of reviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Drive consistency and accuracy on identifying any deviation from the ideal or laid out SOPs to provide accurate feedback.
- Identify opportunities with technology, systems, policies, and procedures, etc., and escalate to Supervisor.
- Stay up to date in terms of any upcoming changes and alterations in processes
- Health monitoring of the CCTV views and notifying supervisor for any obstruction in the view or camera angle issues.
