Sun Life Careers is hiring for the role of Analyst - Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create dashboards and reports within Tableau & maintain them as well for future enhancements
• Design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations
• Interact with business users and understand their requirements
• Develop impactful presentations and documents
• Communicate complex topics to the team through both written and oral communications
• Participate in the development of the reporting roadmap as a means to ensure the organization has the proper reporting software and infrastructure
• Provide the management team with adequate information to make decisions (both strategic & tactical)
• Create High Visual Impact Presentation collateral and artifacts
• Prepare presentations for monthly dashboards & quarterly business reviews
• Prepare and Publish ad-hoc process MIS and Monthly PMS Scores
• Adhoc reporting requirements (Data Collation) and special projects, as needed by the business

Requirements:

• Ability to understand existing reports on Excel or other platforms and convert them into Tableau
• Should be able to collate data from multiple sources and create a single version of truth
• Should be able to play multiple roles, Can work as an individual contributor and also with team
