BlackRock is hiring for the role of Analyst - Aladdin Business - Client Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop expertise in Aladdin Risk models, modeling of different asset class analytics
• Answer client’s investment-related questions, e.g. VaR, Tracking Error, Risk models, Understand client’s nuances
• Deploy market knowledge in conjunction with fluency in risk analytics and the Aladdin platform across asset classes
• Build strong working relationships with portfolio and risk managers, financial modeling group, and different analytics teams while communicating and explaining new Aladdin capabilities to internal and external client base
• Work as a global team and connect with global counterparts to help drive local initiatives
• Help train and manage junior analysts within the team
• Work with high levels of accuracy and follow compliance guidelines
• Constantly evaluate systems, processes, and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in the financial industry
• Excellent organizational skills; extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement changes
• Knowledge of financial products in Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives, and familiarity with Risk analytics such as Durations, Spreads, Beta, and VaR
• Demonstrated technical ability to use SQL, UNIX, and/or programming languages like Python
• Able to develop good working relationships with stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in a high-paced environment
