Analyst, Accounts Receivable Internship in Gurgaon at GLG

GLG is hiring for the role of Analyst, Accounts Receivable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contacting customers for overdue payments
• Processing daily cash receipts and compiling and distributing daily cash collection analyses to the accounting team and managers
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinating with Sales professionals on follow-up efforts
• Keeping accurate and timely collection records on accounts
• Month-end closing activities, such as assisting with bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and collections process (prior, related work experience a plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate Level Excel experience (working with and organizing large sets of data; use of lookup formulas and Pivot Tables)
• Experience with Great Plains and Salesforce a plus
