Snapchat Inc. is hiring for the role of Analyst: Accounts Payable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process invoices for multiple International subsidiaries, ensure that all invoices are correctly billed, coded, and accurately calculated
• Prepare invoice billing runs for review and processing
• Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation and approval prior to payment 
• Process employee expense reports 
• Monitor AP Email Alias(s) through Zendesk 
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure any queries are resolved
• Adhere to transactional processing policies and compliance with financial regulations and VAT requirements
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies 
• Assist in month-end closing 
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices 
• Assist with other projects as needed 

Requirements:

• Analytical and creative mindset
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Able to follow standard filing procedures 
• Proficient in Excel Word and/or Google Sheets
• Able to keep client matters strictly confidential 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant Accounts Payable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud
• Experience with Concur or other T&E system
